1 cup cucumber
1 cup pear
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 serving unsweetened vanilla whey protein powder
5 raw cashews
Place all ingredients in the blender in order listed above. Secure lid and blend for about 1 minute. If a thinner consistency is desired, add a little water and blend for about 20 more seconds. I recommend the Vitamix blender.
